Long Term Management

We are presently managing some 150,000 acres of privately owned timberlands in south Arkansas, north Louisiana, east Texas, and Oklahoma. We offer an independent, professional service working for and in the best interest of the private landowner. We manage timber for the maximum dollar return to the owner and at the same time perpetuate it so that regular harvests may be made on a sustained yield basis.

Aerial Inpsections

As a service to our clients, we offer aerial inspections of their timberland. There is no better way to detect insect infestations, beaver problems, timber trespass, and fire or wind damage. With the use of the airplane, this is a good way to get a quick look at current conditions on our clients' property. These are done on as needed basis, and there is no charge to our clients.

Lease Program

We offer a formal hunting lease program to our clients. Our main concern is that the landowner be properly covered by adequate liability insurance.

Appraisals
