Experience: After completing his education, Bob worked for four years with Crossett Company and Georgia-Pacific as District Forest Manager in charge of all operations on 65,000 acres of timberland. He then spent three years with Olinkraft, Inc., as District Forest Manager in charge of 70,000 acres of timberland. In 1966, he started his consulting forestry firm in Farmerville, Louisiana, and shortly thereafter moved his company to Magnolia, Arkansas.
Affiliations: Registered Forester in the State of Arkansas, Member of Society of American Foresters, Association of Consulting Foresters, Arkansas Forestry Association, Louisiana Forestry Association, and Past President of Forest Landowners Association.
Personal: Bob is married to Laura Broom Neill. They have two daughters and five grandchildren.
